you're是you are的缩写，这是英语中的主+谓结构，不是完整的句子。

You are的读音：美[ju,ɑr]，英[ju:,ɑ:]

you're单独读的时候读成“油额儿”或“油儿”，如果后面有元音（半元音）开头的单词，必然将“r"与后面的元音（半元音）连读，听起来像”瑞“一类的音。
