摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is formed by laminating apolypropylene as a sealant resin on a substrate, has excellent adhesion between asealant layer and a substrate and also has excellent content resistance, retort resistance,boiling resistance and tear resistance, and provide a method for stably producing thelaminate at a low cost.SOLUTION: A laminate is formed by laminating at least a substratelayer, an adhesive layer and a sealant layer containing a polypropylene in this order,wherein the adhesive layer comprises a polyolefin resin, a specific amount of a

crosslinking agent and/or a polyurethane resin, the polyolefin resin contains a propylenecomponent (A) as an olefin component and an olefin component (B) other than thepropylene component in a range of 60/40 to 95/5 by mass ratio (A/B) and contains aspecific amount of an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit based on the total 100 pts.mass of(A)+(B), and the polyolefin resin has a weight average molecular weight of 15,000 ormore.
